Orders and Shipping
All orders are typically manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Items are dispatched via a trackable method and are typically delivered within 1-3 working days.
You can create an account during the checkout process. This will allow you to revisit any orders that you have previously placed and view the status of your current orders.
Once you have placed your order we may be able to change your shipping address depending upon the current status of your order. If you r order has already been shipped then unfortunately we will be unable to make any amendments to your shipping address.

We do not store any payment information in regards to your payment cards on our system. All transactions are conducted using 128 bit SSL secured encryption.
We do not currently charge VAT.
We ship worldwide, however our plates are only DVLA compliant and we cannot guarantee compliance for other countries. Please check your local authority if you intend to use these number plates in a country outside of the United Kingdom.
Yes. We will ship all the number plates in your order in one package and they will be delivered at the same time.

If we have made a mistake please accept our sincerest apologies. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will rectify the issue immediately.
As these items are custom made to your specific registration we do not accept any returns on our custom number plates.
We package items as securely as possible and they are typically sent in a bubble wrap padded jiffy bag to ensure safe arrival. In the rare event that your package has been damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.

We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been produced. Due to the nature of the custom made number plates they cannot be deconstructed once they are assembled so if your order has already been completed then you will not be able to cancel it.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock you may be able to join the waiting list for that product. You will then be notified when the product returns to inventory available for you to purchase.
